The meeting was held on June 01 at 7 Pm at A & E Railroad. Present
were President Charles Naplin, Secretary Chuck Kimbrough, Treasurer Bob Giffen,
Don Ricks, Kyle Tokar, Ron Griffin, and Dave Hurlburt.
The treasurer’s report was given and approved. We will have to ask for
special donations from members for organizing the trailer.
I have determined that it is possible to setup block detection on the
two inside tracks for DCC.
We need to
discuss what we want to accomplish.
We now have a new 6’X 12’ trailer. There will be a work day on the 5th
of June to fine tune the storage. The signage is on both sides of the trailer
now and looks good.
We toured and discussed the trailer and what needs to be done with it.
This year’s show is scheduled for the last weekend in September that
will be the 25th-26th.
The meeting was adjourned.
The next meeting will be August 03 2010 at 7:00 PM at A&E RAILROAD.
