The meeting was held on June 03 at 7 Pm at A & E Railroad. Present were President Charles Naplin, Secretary Chuck Kimbrough, Bob Giffen, David Hurlburt, Don Rick, and Kyle Tokar.

The Treasurer has resigned. The treasurer’s report was given by the secretary.  We had two volunteers for this office. Bob Giffen and Don Rick both agreed to serve if elected. Bob was nominated and elected with no decent.

Next year’s show is scheduled for the last weekend in September. That would be the 27^th and 28^th. We will be in the Huck Olson Arena this year.  I have printed some flyers if anyone is going anywhere that some advertising might do us some good.

I have been sending out flyers for the show. There have been no responses as of this date.

Bob said that he would talk to someone from the model airplane club about setting up a display at our show this year. David is going to talk to the Grand Forks club about setting up their N” layout. We asked everyone to try for more displays and vendors.
